1. Should we replace or upgrade our current computers now that Windows 10 support has ended?
Not every Windows 10 computer needs to be replaced automatically. A business hardware refresh should start by checking Windows 11 compatibility, device age, warranty status, performance and the applications each employee uses.
If a computer is still suitable and meets Windows 11 requirements, upgrading may be enough. If it is incompatible, approaching the end of its useful life or already limiting productivity, replacement may make more sense than continuing to pay for commercial Windows 10 ESU coverage.
