A: There were various challenges with the former telephony service managing as many calls as we do throughout our daily business operations processes. A: We needed to find a replacement for our prior telephony supplier due to the following concerns our company had previously encountered. We’d heard about Microsoft’s business solutions previously, and with all of the features and opportunities it provides, it seemed an obvious choice. The next stage was to just give it a shot and put it to the test in real-world scenarios.

The fact that Microsoft 365 Business Voice is a cloud-based phone system that uses Microsoft Teams to operate as a modern alternative for the more traditional phone system was another major reason we turned to this solution. Microsoft Teams, allows users to make, receive, and transfer calls to and from landlines and mobile phones through the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network), which our company greatly requires.

A: There are a few that we’ve already picked up on. We’ll only present a few examples.
